The new RAM Dakota was unveiled in San Juan during an exclusive “sunset” event, where pricing, trim levels, and financing options were announced.
The new RAM Dakota officially launched in San Juan at an evening event held at the intersection of the Acceso Sur East Frontage Road and Las Cañitas in Villa Krause, Rawson. The pickup arrives on the local market in two versions—Warlock and Laramie—featuring a distinctive design, high-tech capabilities, and a pricing and financing structure aimed at positioning it as a major new contender in the segment.
During the presentation, Victor Conturso highlighted to Diario Huarpe the significance of the launch for both the province and the brand. “The arrival of the new RAM Dakota in San Juan is a strategic move; it is a pickup that combines ruggedness, modern design, and state-of-the-art technology, designed to meet the diverse needs of our customers,” he noted.
Regarding its dimensions and aesthetics, the Dakota measures 5,356 mm in length and features a front end with exclusive components—such as the hood, headlights, grille, and bumper—that set it apart from other models. It is also distinguished by its taillights and alloy wheels. Conturso explained, “The design was crafted to give the Dakota its own identity, with a strong, recognizable presence that aligns with RAM’s DNA.”
